What is the range of the uPager?

18-24 metres (60-80 feet) in open space. Indoors the range will reduce depending on thickness of walls and other interferences.

How large are the receivers?

The ultra-thin beepers are 64x37x4mm. The beepers with the key-ring attachment and LED and 56x39x8mm.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are sent via regular postal service. Delivery usually takes up to 6 working days for US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

What if I lose the uPager remote?

We recommend that you attach the remote to your fridge or leave it in the one place. The idea is that you don't need to move the remote around frequently, so there's a much lower chance of losing it. But if you do lose it, you'd better find it!

How long does the battery last?

Typically 1 year, which of course depends on usage.

How loud is the beeping sound?

90-95dB. Loud enough to hear it through most walls.

Is there any warranty?

All products are quality tested at the time of manufacture, but in the unlikely even that you find defects, you may return it within 30 days after the date of purchase, and we will refund the cost of the product or replace it.

Is your website secure? Are my credit card details safe?

All customer data (e.g. name, address) is stored offline once retrieved, and deleted when no longer needed.
